I have always enjoyed writing since I was a little girl. I have dabbled in blogging on and off over the years. I have thought many times about writing a book, but decided to jump in full force this year after learning about self publishing. I love researching and sharing my knowledge with my readers.

I am very passionate about green living. I am a firm believer in taking care of the only body you will get. I love doing yoga, eating organically, walking on the beach with my pups, going to Disney World and enjoying being alive. We get one life and we need to live every day to the fullest.
